Enhancing Lives through Action (ELTA) was founded in 2003 as a multi-purpose human service agency. The mission of this non-profit organization is to enhance the quality of life of low-to-moderate income Philadelphia residents. The mission of ELTA is to develop the community and empower residents by providing comprehensive programs and services that will enhance the quality of life for Philadelphia residents.
ELTA provides a ‘ One Stop Career Center’ with professional and highly trained personnel. These programs include:

- Back to School Drives
- Student Training Programs
- Resume Writing Workshops
- Professional Development
- Fitness & Health Workshops
