Angel LaBell is currently President and CEO of Hanaa Enterprise, Inc. Hanaa Enterprise was formed in 2001 as a real estate investment and acquisition company that specializes in rehabbing residential properties in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Hanaa Enterprise provides quality rental units to tenants including subsidized housing programs. Hanaa Enterprise has sold nearly forty properties in need of renovation to other real estate investors. To date the company has acquired eight properties which have been fully rehabbed, rented or sold. Hanaa Enterprise, Inc. has been featured in the Diversified Investors Group Publication, which is the largest non-profit real estate investor group in the Philadelphia area. Angel was one of the developers of a $1.9 million 12 unit student housing facility on Temple University’s campus. She and her partner are currently working as property managers for the facility. Angel also contracts with other investors to locate tenants for them on an on-going basis.

Angel graduated from Temple University in May 2000 with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. After receiving her degree, she went to work as an IT Analyst for M&M Mars where she developed and supported an Oracle item reference database application. She then moved onto Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church where she was a Database Administrator for two years. Angel is an active member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church and the Urban League Young Professionals in Philadelphia.
