Enhancing Lives Though Action, Inc. was formed in 2003 with the mission of developing the community and empowering residents by providing comprehensive programs and services that will enhance the quality of life for Philadelphia residents. We want our clients to experience a radical positive change as the result of the information and the services they receive from our organization. Over the past two years we developed and successfully implemented programs that were consistent with our mission.
